Mr Price Home - Norwood

Please teach your employees Thoko and Khetheyakhe some customer service skills before employing them. I went to Mr Price Home Norwood to purchase a gift voucher. I waited at the till where Khetheyakhe approached. He did not greet just looked at me questioningly. I greeted him and told him what I needed. He called on Thoko the supervisor to come and authorise the gift voucher purchase. Thoko approached and also did not greet the customer. Throughout the whole exchange not one word was spoken by Thoko and Khetheyakhe. My dog has better social and communication skills. Why don't you rather employ people who would be grateful to have a job becasue these idiots are obviously taking their jobs for granted
