MR PRICE HOME - NO DELIVERY FOR CASH PURCHASE

My son purchased and paid cash for a lounge suite on Sunday 26 Oct 20 from MR PRICE HOME LYNRIDGE in PRETORIA, after been told there is stock and he could have delivery this week (3-4 working days).

This was not his first choice as the initial one he wanted wasn't in stock, so he chose a suite that was in stock, to ensure he can still have delivery this week.

I have tried calling but cannot get hold of the store or anyone at customer care, as you need to use their WhatsApp, which I did and now been informed, delivery is only next week!

This is highly unprofessional just to get a cash sale with empty promises and very disappointing to say the least.

This was my sons first purchase and only to receive such bad service!

VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
