MR PRICE HOME NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAITING ON REFUND

WARNING – DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE WITH MR PRICE HOME! Mr Price Mr Price Home I purchased a furniture item online. Unfortunately the item did not suit and within 7days I requested a return with Mr Price Home. The original plan was to return the item because a larger item would actual be best. After following the required steps to log a return with many calls back and forth, my request was approved and a courier would collect it. Here we have shocking “Customer Service” #1: It took Mr Price Home 30 days to collect the item but it required me to call the “helpline” every day to follow up on when the courier will arrive. Customer service was (and still is) absolutely nonexistent. When I call am placed on hold for an average of 22min. This is to investigate my case/emails. If I’m lucky they would take me off hold only to tell me: “they are still looking for a Mr Price Home store that is willing to sell the item and the Mr Price Home “service agent” responsible for my return will be in contact with me and I will have to wait for their response”. Wait, what? After week 3 I called again I requested to log a complaint and only after I completely lost my cool over the phone, someone finally helped me and arranged the courier to collect. It took 30 days! Completely unacceptable. Shocking “Customer Service” #2: I am waiting for my refund Mr Price Home. It has been 15 days since they collected the item and NO ONE is responding to my emails and I cannot get through on the “helpline”. It doesn’t even ring! What must a I do to get service from you and when will I get my refund? We are not taking about R 1000, times that by 10 Mr Price Home. That is what you need to refund me! When will I get my refund?
