Mr Price Home - NEVER PURCHASE ONLINE
All Mr Price Home stores I visited did not have the cement colour cushion I wanted therefore I ordered it online at a cost of R50 but received grey instead. Further, I received a birthday voucher via email from Mr Price which their system refused to accept (therefore I think that was a gimmick to get people to purchase online). I have queried Mr Price via email/online and WhatsApp since 9 March 2021 for them to collect the grey and replace it with the cement cushion. The matter remains unresolved. Extremely bad service. Will NEVER purchase online. Extremely poor and disappointing service. Also lost R50 on this appalling service.
