Mr Price Home N1 City bad bad bad bad !!!!

When a pleasant experience becomes a pathetic experience. I was in Mr Price Home N1 City. I enquired by one of the sales ladies on the floor if they had any wall mounted key rings and she directed me to where it is and said this is all they have on the floor. Further to that I was in need of a dust bin and there was two on the floor but the lids to the bins were both broken. The same consultant looked at me like “now what now???” I asked if they have more stock she said no that’s all they have. I asked if I could get a better price for the item as everything was broken she ignored me I then asked if I could speak to the manager, she told me without checking if the manager is available, she just said “ She is busy with counting money she can’t come “ I was highly irritated and just ignored it. I purchased some other things and the lady helping us at the till was absolutely amazing, kind and friendly. She was even willing to escalate the problem for me but I told her not to worry about it because I could see her manager is lazy and hiding at the back from actual work. What makes matters worse is that the manager comes to the door to check if I am still there and if I am making a scene because the other consultant clearly went to her and informed her of the situation. The manager then came onto the floor pretending to be busy and did not once address the issue. MR PRICE HOME MANAGEMENT IS PATHETIC
