Mr Price Home misrepresentation

I purchased an assembled chest of drawers and when enquired was told that the top corner was not flush. Thinking that was the only issue I purchased the chest of drawers, only to find out that due to the top corner not sitting flush it compromised the entire chest of drawers and once the drawers are filled the entire chest of drawers collapsed. Mr P has a "no shop soiled items will be accepted or returned policy". However the CPA provides that every transaction falling within its scope will have an "imp**** warranty of quality". So all goods are sold with the expectation that they are of good quality (will last at least 6 months), are in good working order. This product is not useable and collapsed when used. In fact it shouldn't even have been sold but returned to the supplier. Had I known that it was not just the top corner but the entire drawers were compromised and faulty I would never have purchased this. If I do not receive a refund or credit I will be taking this matter further.
