Mr Price Home Maponya Mall

I am not happy at the moment with Mr Price online gift voucher service. A friend bought my husband and I a gift voucher online, subsequent to that he received an sms with the gift voucher number and an email with the order number and SKU number. A gentleman by the name of Patrick at Mr Price Home Maponya Mall assisted me and entered the voucher number on the system which indeed indicated that the voucher is for R350 and asked a colleague to assist him further. When the colleague came, she said they cannot use the sms as a voucher they need the voucher card because of ***** that has occurred in the past, but the voucher number appeared on the system for R350 so how is it *****?. How will I get the voucher card when our friend received an sms and email, our friend lives far and he himself did not receive the gift voucher card since he bought it online. The lady refused that my purchase be processed and I therefore could not get the items I intended on buying. I am not happy at all.
