Mr Price Home Mall of the North overcharges
<p>On the 25/08/2016 friend of ours was in Polokwane, I asked them to pick up a new water bowl and food bowl for my dogs at Mr Price Home. They did, the water bowl priced R139.99 and the food bowl priced R159.99....However when I received the package from my friends (who did not know really what they where getting me) I was charged R159.99 twice for 2 food dispensers and an additional RR39.99 for a pet water bottle.....however according to the items I received (as you can see in the photos) is not the case....I contacted them via their facebook page in order to send through the photos so they can see what happened and up to today I have received no answer from them....in effect they overcharged me with R59.99 - how is this fair?</p>

Thanks Hello Peter. It seems that Mr Price Head office never conveyed my message to the branch. After the post I was contacted by the Manager of the shop in Mall of the North - Melani Ross. What a delight as Ms Ross immediately looked into the problem and sorted it all out for me. You restored my faith in Mr Price Home and I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you Ms Ross!!
