Mr price home mall of Africa’s horrible service and their rude store manager Diseko

Mr price home Mall of Africa is hells paradise. Bought a wrong size blind on the 6th of August at 19:36. I lost the receipt however I have my bank notification sms for that purchase. All I wanted to do was to exchange, take a bigger size and pay the difference.

The store manager Diseko told me about how people looted wherever they looted then they come back to her branch and want to exchange?? The store manager is obviously saying I looted the blind.

She’s very disrespectful, she kept on calling me “madam” in a very sarcastic and disrespectful manner. I provided her with the date and time, requested she checks the cameras or her system as I bought it from the mall of Africa branch. She’s didn’t.
