Mr Price Home keeps delivering the wrong couch

I am appalled at the absolutely ridiculous and inadequate service I have received at Mr Price Home
I purchased a charcoal Brooklyn 2 seater in December and on 3 seprate occasions Mr Price Home delivered the wrong color to me (grey).
The 1st delivery was on the 29.12.23, I emailed them and they promised to get back to me in 24/48 hours that never happened so I had follow up on them. We settled on a same-day exchange.
On the 17th of January the same day exchange occured and they delivered the wrong color again. The next day I called them and they checked if the color I wanted was in stock which it was and they said they would do a same-day exchange again.
Yet again on the 25.01.23 they delivered the incorrect color The invoice clearly states that I ordered the charcoal color. We have previously purchased a 3 seater Brooklyn in the same color therefore I know how it should look.
