Mr Price Home Junction Mall and Pargo are useless and should be ashamed of their service!

Pargo in Durban seems to service Ballito's Mr Price Home, and is the most pathetic and unreliable that I've ever experienced.

They stipulate 2-4 working days delivery on the Mr Price Home website and it is now the 10th day, without any notice of delay or any feedback whatsoever.

I've called and phoned Mr Price Home Ballito Junction who can neither manage their Pargo deliveries nor get back to me.

They seem more concerned with their survey being taken than actually doing their job, which is ensuring delivery to their client is made promptly.

Although I've only just moved to Ballito, both Pargo and Mr Price Home have tarnished their reputation in my eyes.

Leaving us without any curtains in our house and no solution whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN!
