Mr price home is ridiculous!

Service is ridiculous!

I went to Mr price home (somerset west) to buy a daybed for my kid. It is on display but there is no stock. Firstly they can't order it for me as I have to order it myself online. Get someone else to assist, he orders it for me. I go to make the payment in store - it's ordered from durban. I wait. A week later I receive a mail saying they did not order it as i did not make the full payment.

I try to phone the store, NO ANSWER! I try to phone customer care, NO ANSWER. I whatsapp the nr they suggest, NO ANSWER. I mail them - NO REPLY.

This is terrible!
