Mr Price Home is dishonest!

The online order service says it takes 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. It's been two weeks and I still have no idea when my couch is going to arrive. This is ridiculous. I understand that they're busy this time of year, but just tell the people that it's going to take a month to arrive / it's not going to be delivered at all. Don't get people's hopes up. I have arranged for somebody to be at my house this week as I'm still working, but it just seems like this person is waiting around for nothing and it's a huge inconvenience. When I try to call them, the phone immediately goes off or I have to listen to music for 10 whole minutes and eventually have to put the phone down. I went to the Somerset West branch on Monday to find out if they can help me, but they just gave the phone to me and said I must call the same number I’ve been trying to call for the past week and I just had to listen to their lovely music again for 8 minutes and got nowhere. I sent an email as well, but still no response. I don't know if there's a problem with the couriers, but please sort it out and please be straightforward and honest with your customers. I won't advise anyone to make use of Mr Price Home's online shopping service because they clearly can't handle it.
