Mr price home is a waste.

I am disgusted by the lack of response from Mr Price home on the delivery of a factory faulty tv stand. I purchased the stand online, it costed me R4000 only for it to be delivered and during the set up process I was informed it was a factory fault. I was promised on the Thursday when the matter was escalated (2 weeks ago) that I would have a new tv stand delivered by Saturday. Days go by and no feedback. I contact mr price home and was looped into an email thread with other people (none of whom responded) to no avail, there is still no clear feedback.

I am shocked by the disregard they have shown. When a customer makes a purchase we expect to get what we were promised (and rightfully so because we paid) only to be fooled by their terrible quality and ****py customer service!
