COME ON MR PRICE. You can do better. Was in the store yesterday 15 JAN 2022 during loadshedding and your steff were STRUGGLING LIKE CRAZY. There was not a light in sight. Surely you can easily install just one or two of those emergency bulbs in the chandeliers above the cashiers desk - then your staff wont need to use their cellphone torches to provide visibility while they fill out a MANUAL CASH PURCHASE slip. While we were there they ran out of paper in the POS terminal and they ran out of CASH PURCHASE slips in the book. How can you possibly not have a even a basic backup solution in your store in BAYSIDE MALL in CT. COME NOW ... your staff were trying their best BUT REALLY - you can do better - especially given the sign above the staff door that says "STAFF ONLY our staff need a place to to call Home too" - so come now - lets not ill-treat the staff there. There was a Q waiting patiently for your staff to battle with a manual process - ans it would have been easy for anyone to walk out with items without being detected
