Mr Price Home instills confidence

I bought 2 very nice looking armchairs from Mr Price Home, Hillcrest Branch. I was impressed by the store employees and their efforts to make sure that I received the chairs by the date I needed them. The chairs were well wrapped and it was not possible to check them. I was very disappointed to get home and find that both chairs were damaged! This review is written to let people know that they can have confidence in Mr Price Home purchases. All the Mr Price Home employees involved were very helpful and efficient in arranging replacements to the Pietermaritzburg branch of the store as per my request. Shanice from the Call Centre was exemplary. It is reassuring to deal with businesses with this attitude and some other retail outfits could benefit by training their staff similarly.
