Mr Price Home Incorrect Pricing

I usually love Mr Price and Mr Price Home. However their Customer service is terrible. I emailed them on the 4th of May 2021 and am yet to hear from them. I mean how long does it take to get back to someone. My previous interactions with them was just as bad. I ordered a dress online, it got delivered completely damaged. I requested nicely that they source a replacement and was basically told if am not happy with my purchase to return it to a store for a refund. On this occasion I bought items that was incorrectly priced and because am not available to physically go to the store to correct it. I thought the Customer Care assistants will be able to help me. But instead there has been no communication from their part eventhough I forwarded the email to them again for a second time. Really really disappointed, especially since am a loyal customer that always shop with them.
