Mr Price Home inadequate online service

I order a coffee table and I recieved a mirror instead, took back the order to the store for my refund and it's been 3weeks now and the wrong order has not been collected. Been calling their online store everyday and with no help and went to the store here in kathu and still no help. My order has not been sent. MR PRICE HOME you made a mistake in sending me the wrong parcel and till due date you dont want to correct your error nor refund me my money. Nor are my emails been responded to. Where is your integrity?
