Mr Price Home Illanga Mall_Frustrated with service

On 31 July, I placed an order at Mr Price Home Illanga Mall and paid in full at the store. I was informed that my parcel would be delivered to the store within 7-10 working days. However, the store’s landline number is unreachable, and I have been unable to get any updates by phone.

I contacted customer care, who assured me they would escalate the matter and mark my delivery as urgent. I also received a tracking link via Mr Price Home’s WhatsApp number. According to the tracking information, my order has been sitting at the City Logistics warehouse in Nelspruit since 5 August, yet I have still not received it.

When I followed up with the store, they claimed they never received the order. This situation is very frustrating and disappointing. I expect Mr Price Home to resolve this issue immediately and deliver my order without further delay.
