Mr Price Home Gift Vouchers

I placed an order online and paid. Size was wrong and I returned it to a store. They could not refund me in cash because I paid with my credit card and did not have the card with me. They suggested they refund me in the form of a gift voucher, I asked them if I could use the voucher online as we do not have a Mr Price Home in our town and I have to travel quite a distance if I want to go to a Mr Price. They assured me that I can. Now that I want to use the card I am told you cannot use a gift voucher online anymore. This is ridiculous. After spending thousands of rands on them online, this is the treatment given to me. I will never buy from them again in future.
