Mr price home Galleria sucks

On the 25th of July I went to Mr price home in Galleria I bought some few items and a jug blender that was the one remaining then I took it. Whenbi tried to use it, it had a funny notice then it stopped, i think something was faulty with it. Yesterday I called the and i told them I don't have a till slip but I would like to bring the blender back the guy said it's OK. To my surprise when I had driven to the store I was told they needed a slip but I didn't have it and I don't remember taking it cos most of the time when I buy there they ask if u would like it to be sent by email but that wasn't asked too. So they didn't assist me and the store manager had a stinking attitude. I even suggested that I get a bank statement to prove that I bought there but she refused. She didn't try to assist.im very dissapointed thst I'm sitting here with an applience that isn't working and I didn't even enjoy it. Mr Price home suck. Pls try to improve on customer service. I'm not crazy that I will just bring a broken blender there if I didn't buy it there I wouldn't even call to bring it in.
