Mr Price Home false promises

I wrote a review of Mr Price Home and they responded to contact me and resolve the issue. Guess what? No one contacted me. So not only are they careless they also don't deliver on their promise.

I contacted them again, I think I've spent at least 4-5 hours on the phone. Speaking to various agents, based on our conversation, they somehow have on record that I need *****s for a server I didn't receive. I asked them if they record their calls for quality control because at no point with any of the agents did I ever say I received the server or that *****s were missing. I explicitly said on several occasions that I want a refund, I have proof of the waybill that the server was taken away by their courier team. So the agents don't listen to the customer and they document incorrect information. In fact I was promised that I would receive my refund almost a week ago. I am still waiting.... I will be lucky if I see my refund. I asked to speak to a manager... but they are too busy... seems their response to my first review was just a PR exercise for them.
