Mr Price Home Eastrand Retail Park still has not delivered my order!

I ordered storage cube at Mr Price Home at Eastrand Retail Park in Boksburg. Date ordered: 31 October 2020 Item was not in store. Shop assistance advised that I can order instore via order card and it will be delivered in the 7 days.

as we speak, my order is not delivered!

Can anyone advice what's going on? I'd like to have a way forward. This is so frustrating !!!
