Mr price home does not respect customers

Hello peter.i am very disappointed in mr price online shopping.its been a month now still trying to get my money back after receiving a wrong order twice.they keep on saying they will arrange for collection of the items from my house so they can make a refund.till today am still waiting.i am even tired of calling them
