Mr Price Home DISGUSTING

I placed an order for a dining table. The delivery company contacted me and asked if they could deliver. I told them that I'm not available but I will be available the next day. Ever since I have not had any feedback from the courier company or Mr Price Home. I made 11 calls to their customer centre. No one got back to me. I have not yet received my order. I requested a refund. Almost a month later I have received no feedback from Mr Price Home. It's absolutely disgusting service and I will never buy from them ever again. How do I get my money back after 1 month?
