Mr Price Home disaster

I ordered a server table from Mr Price Home on the 23rd of November 2020 and paid for delivery and assembly. The goods arrived shortly only to find upon assembly that all the parts were not there .i.e the backboard. The delivery/assembly team promptly took it back and I called Mr Price Home to inform them and request another server be delivered. A week later a server was delivered, the team began assembling and realised that a part was missing. Upon closer inspection, it was found that the very same box with the missing part delivered the first time was sent to me again. I was angry because it showed that Mr Price Home didn't take any pride on customer service or even checking the quality of products. I called Mr Price Home again to express my dissatisfaction and was met with a robotic consultant who didn't even apologise for the error. Anyway they said they would deliver the server and by then I had lost interest and only wanted a refund. I received no communication about when the refund would be processed. On the 8th of December I called to follow up on the refund but got no definitive answer because Mr Price needed to check whether the server table reached their warehouse. I thought that was preposterous because I had paid for it already whether it was in their warehouse or not was not my problem because it was their courier company that took it away. On the 8th of December Mr Price Home delivered a packet of *****s for the server table I did not receive. I am still waiting for my refund.....
