Mr Price Home Design Quarter very poor service

On Sat 26/12/2015 we bought 2 tables from Mr Price Home Design Quarter & were assured delivery would take place within 2-3 working days. Yesterday 30/12 we started ATTEMPTING to call MPH DQ as we had heard nothing. The number *** either just rings/is engaged/is diverted to another line that just rings. Both my fiance and I tried NUMEROUS TIMES over the last two days. I even thought that perhaps the store was closed. A second number *** gives a fax tone. Eventually we got through today, 31/12 at 14:00. We were told that Malcolm from the courier company (MOVE IT) phoned me on Mon 29th & made arrangements for delivery next week on 4/1/2016. When I told them that no such call took place as we had stressed at the time of purchase that we could only take delivery this week &not next week, they suddenly changed their tune and said that actually Malcolm TRIED to call but could not get hold of me. That's two completely different stories. After numerous calls to MPH we still don't have the tables but promises of delivery today. It is 3pm on New Year's Eve. No more shopping at Mr Price Home.
