Mr Price home Design Quarter

What a disgusting and deeply disappointing experience at Mr Price Home Design Quarter. Given the location of the store, I expected a high-quality shopping experience, but instead I was met with the complete opposite.

The store is extremely dirty, severely understaffed, and filled with empty shelves. I counted three ladders lying on the floor, mops standing next to the cash desk, and stock boxes scattered around, including a large metal cage. There are old stickers stuck to the floor, which makes it clear that mopping and general cleanliness are not being prioritized at all.

At the tills, the cupboards were dirty, markdown items mixed with gift bags, and the only cashier available was making a bed display while trying to assist customers. Another staff member was hiding near the pillows, busy on her phone. There was also only one cashier, who had to scan markdowns manually at the point of sale.

To add to the unprofessionalism, staff had old, chipped nail polish, and their uniforms looked like they were last replaced five years ago—no name badges, no red caps, nothing that reflects the brand standard.

I would genuinely like to know when was the last time the area manager visited this store, because the current condition is unacceptable for a brand like Mr Price
