Mr Price Home - Delivers half of my paid order

I have ordered and PAID for 2 items from MR Price Home. My order was "on its way" for three days, this is after having been processed for 2 weeks. When it was eventually delivered, it was delivered to a random neighbour in my building. No attempt made to deliver the package to the correct person.

Upon opening the package, I see only one of the items I had paid for, with the box ripped up. The invoice supp**** by Mr Price states ordered quantity as 2 and supp**** quantity as 1. No effort to communicate with me about goods paid for that were not supp****. Does Mr Price think that I am going to simply write off R300 for them?

I have made multiple attempts to connect with them. 8 phone call attempts to their customer service line, 2 emails, a Facebook post to their page, as well as a query sent through their own website.

The next step will be approaching the Consumer Protection board.

I am extremely disappointed in the abysmal service from Mr Price Home.
