Mr Price Home debited my account twice in error - NO REFUND PAID TO DATE

During May I purchased an item from Mr. Price home in Fourways crossing. My account was debited twice. I have been to the store with my bank statements on numerous occasions requesting a refund. To date I have not received my refund!
