MR PRICE HOME CUSTOMER "CARE" HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I wish I could select 0 stars!

After calling Mr Price customer "care" and being on the call for 20 minutes, the customer care agent dropped the call after I asked to speak to a manager!

Honestly wished I have not ordered online from them!

*Very unhelpful agents that keep talking over you *Unable to change an incorrect system-generated address for my furniture *Was not able to speak to a manager * Was not asked why I was actually calling before being put on hold for almost 10 minutes * NO ASSISTANCE

MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER SERVICE DELIVERY FROM PnP Home, Hifi Corp and Builders.

PLEASE STAY AWAY from their customer care department if you value your time and actually want helpful service.
