mr price home clearwater

i lost my proof of purchase of items that i bought from Mr price home at clear water i was attended by annointnett who failed dismal to assist me, she said she will have look through all the sales of June which would take days to complete i protested that i don't have that time to wait, while i was speaking to her other customer who happened to be white had the same items as me they where assisted with easily while i wait i asked her why must wait for service she told me that black people uselessly ***** this items then return them the shop i asked why must suffer for items that i bought for cash i didn't ***** and i want something of the same value, i was not getting any where i asked for the regional manager karrien number called her on my cellphone told her everything, couldn't get any assistance i asked why cant they put boards that say if you bought this item and you happen to lost the slip you have to wait for days to get an exchange. and why are the no securities at the door to prevent stock theft she could answer but said i must call head office then drop the call, i always buy cash on the store but this experience thought me never to set feet on that shop, went to a near by shop everything was exchange without any hassle, any apology wont cut it for me but action needs to be taken
