Mr Price Home Church Street Pretoria

This is my second time coming to Mr Price Home in Pretoria (Church Street,near Sammy Marks) Every time I only come to pay my account they tell me their system is offline, yet when I purchase something with the same account it goes through. If they want to be selective of the transactions of what service wants to provide it means their customer service is very poor
