Mr price home cavendish NOT SAVE

I have to give the Cavendish branch in western cape a 0 out of 10. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this store on the 8th of August i was phone jacked in the store and they were so layed back and not very helpful it took a staff member over 10 minutes to just get to a manager and by the time he got there i aas already there trying to find someone to help. I was then advised to go and look on the camera the moment i told the lady my phone was just taken out of my jackets pocket she asked if i was at the kiddies bedding apartment and when i said yes she said well unfortunately there isn't camera's and they can't help me. They didn't do any trouble and they werent even in a panic they seemed to be used to people pick pocketing their clients stuff in that specific area i went to vodacom to block my phone and they also immediately asked was it at MR price home? If they knew that there is a problem and that people are targeting their clients in that specific area why is there no camer's implemented yet? I will never go to that branch again and would definitely advise everyone to stay clear because you might also be pick pocketed an NOTHING will come from it tbey didnt even call security how pathetic.
