Mr Price Home Carpets bad quality

I purchased a carpet from Mr Price in Dec 2015 for R1900. The carpet is made up with thousands of strings (about 15cm) to give it the 'fluffy' look. Since we got it we noticed that the strings are falling out. At first we thought its just cause its new, its got to 'settle in' Now, our house is covered with strings, all over the place. It gets cleaned and later that day you will never say it was cleaned. Its ridiculous. You just walk over it and it comes out. Lumps at a time. It has no lable so i cant even get the type.<br> For that amount of money for something that just leaves your house messy..<br> I tried contacting them but their site makes is impossible to contact
