Mr Price Home cancelled order, no refund received

I bought bedding online from Mr Price Home on the 2nd of January 2022. After waiting for my order for 3 weeks, I looked at my order history, just to find that the order had been cancelled. The order amount did go off my bank account, but was not refunded when the order was cancelled. I did not cancel the order, so do not understand what happened here or how it was cancelled. I have emailed and phoned Mr Price Home, but to date the query is still unresolved. They keep asking for proof of payment, even though payment was made via the Mr Price Home online shop.
