Mr Price Home Canal Walk Poor customer service - rather shop elsewhere

I went to Mr Price Home in Canal Walk and experienced really poor customer service at the till. I was the only person in the queue, however, I had to wait a few minutes as the two people behind the till argued firstly over who needs to serve me, tried to get someone who is missing to come to help out and then eventually one relented to help me pay for my goods.

I also enquired about the availability of an item that was not on the floor which was meant to be in stock, so I waited another 10 minutes whilst they located the bracket. The card machine thereafter had issues, however, the worst part was the cashier's unwillingness to help and flat out rudeness as she did not even answer questions.

I would rather recommend going to @home. It is unnecessary to deal with this type of poor service. I will definately also be recommending my affiliate businesses avoid purchasing from Mr Price Home.
