Mr Price Home Canal Walk pls do better

I shopped at Mr Price Home Canal Walk this morning, the cashier rang up my items without greeting, upon payment I took out my Mr Price card, she then requested my ID which I produced, is this a standard procedure? I shopped at two different Mr Price stores the day before and on this day none of the stores requested my ID upon payment, I have no problem producing my ID, but pls be consistent at all your stores if this is required, this is the first time ever my ID was requested, dont be selective when requesting ID's. After payment I was not requested if I would like a bag or a mere thank u.Improve ur service Mr Price, in this economy u can't play short on service.
