Mr Price home campus square is terrible

What a terrible service at Mr Price home campus square just now, I went to buy a fleece blanket and after I asked the lady to help me fix my App as it’s no longer allowing me to buy online and I was there yesterday they told me to come today, the lady that helped me purchase a fleece blanket, told the other lady to call customer service for me as she went on to help another client and she didn’t respond, I have been standing there for about 10 minutes with no word from no one and I just left and still no word.
