Mr Price Home

My wife bought a couch online @ the Mr Price Home website 2 weeks ago, for my dad that moved in to a retirement village. The couch was delivered last week Saturday 27th November 2021. Firstly they delivered the wrong couch and then when they finally arrived with the correct one, the delivery guys broke one of the feet off. They said they will be back the Monday with either a replacement of the foot or the whole couch. It has been a week later and still nothing. Meanwhile we contacted Mr Price Home customer care, what a joke, 3 times and every time there is a promise to come back to us and to rectify the problem. Today is a week later and still no response regarding this.
