Mr Price Home Bt Ngebs City

I'm disappointed with the service that I recieve at Mr Price Home BT Ngebs City Mthatha. I've been wanting to purchase a mirror tray from MRPHome. I checked online its availability in store and I saw that it was available at Mrphome Bt Ngebs City. I decided to go buy it the following day as I saw on the mrp website that 3 were available for purchase. When I got there the cashier told me that they were no longer available. I asked how,? Cause they were available when I checked online. The cashier couldn't give me any answer and I decided to ask for the manager. He told me that yes the mirror trays were available but they had kept them for people who requested them a while ago. I was really shocked by this cause nowhere in their website was it stated that customers can make "special requests" for products when they want to purchase them. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed by the service I received and I still dont understand why and how a product can be available for purchase when you check online but then be told that you cannot purchase it.
