MR PRICE HOME BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Mr Price Home hasn't kept their word!!! No one contacted me, instead on 29th September they sent me a voucher to the value of the amount I had paid for the item that was never delivered. I called they customer service number on the same day, I told Thembeka that I never requested a voucher, I want a cash refund. She asked me to send proof of bank account and request voucher to be cancelled. And I did as requested. Today, 1st October, I received an email saying the matter has been resolved. This hasn't been resolved because I haven't received any response to my request for a refund and definitely no refund in my bank account. Please REFUND MY FUNDS, I'm so exhausted over this and I do not want anything to do with your store going forward!!! I totally understand that you don't value me as a customer, what's the point of giving a voucher after such bad treatment and customer service!!!
