Mr Price Home at Irene Mall is a waste of time

Don’t bother going to the Irene Mall Branch. In all the years I’ve had my account with them, I have never been asked to produce my ID to verify anything when paying using my account. I was asked for my ID today, which I didn’t have with me, and was then told they cannot help me because they need to verify I am the card holder.

If this is standard practice then you should NOTIFY your customers of the change. I will be closing my account soon and will not be shopping at any of their stores again.
