Mr Price Home @ Design Quarter

Mr Price Home at Design Quarter customer service is non existent. I've been in several times to try and order a couch. I just get a gesture in the direction of the self-service terminals and that's it. When I ask for help, a staff member will wander off aimlessly to call a "manager" who never appears. Questions relating to fabric choices etc remain unanswered. I've now been trying, for the last couple of hours, to order online. Their online ordering system is hopeless and their helpline non-existent (like their in-store service). I will never shop at their Design Quarter store, or, for that matter, at any of their other stores for that matter. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere
