Mr Price Home Annoying Experience

My current experience with Mr Price Home online must be the worst i've ever experienced with any retailer. After waiting over 2 weeks for my an online order of only 3 items, I can't seem to get an answer on where my order is and when i can expect it to be delivered. The tracking system shows the order as handed over for deliver 2 weeks ago and hasn't updated since. I contacted the whatsapp customer service line where i was told my order was at the store, I then went to the store only to be told my order is not at the store and still shows as out for delivery. Called the customer care line, told them about the issue only to be put on hold for 20 minutes. 2o minutes later someone comes back on the line to ask how they can assit me! Someone finally came back on the line again, only to tell me they are still busy and they'll contact me again when they have an answer for me. The incompetence and lack of communication from their staff across the board the bizarre. I still have two other orders with this retailer and I just want to cancel those orders because this has been an unpleasant experience. Online ordering should be seamless and easy to track and this has been anything but easy.
