Mr Price home and its terrible service yet again

Good day. I would like to point out that the staff at Trade Route mall have no customer skills. I ordered an item online and waited for over an hour for someone to actually assist. All they do is chat away. Other customers were also frustrated. I logged a complain on the email address provided on your website but i guess you dont value the customers to even reply. Wont be shopping at any Mr Price in the future. I rather support other brands who care
