Mr Price Home: after several complaints, one final insult to their customer

<p>Having written 2 reviews here about my saga with Mr Price Home Online, I eventually received a voucher to refund me for the delivery service they had failed to honour.<br />However, they sent me a voucher for the delivery amount... which can only be used online and not in stores. In effect, they are forcing me, the complaining customer, to re-order from them, as the voucher only covers the delivery charge, and nothing else. <br />So, to sum up: Mr Price Home failed to provide me with a service I had paid for; they then contemptuously dismissed my email complaints ****il I wrote reviews here), then issued me with a first voucher for less than the value of the service they had failed to provide, and eventually, a month of interminable inconvenience later, they finally send me what is in effect just the means to buy from them again - from the very service I never want to use again. <br />It is not a customer gesture, to apologise for having failed to deliver a service, and further bothched their communication with me. it is not an appeasing conclusion to show how much they respect and value their clients. It is a dismissive, contemptuous final insult, a "you are now annoying us. Shut up and just buy from us again". The voucher they sent me forces me to purchase online by only covering the delivery fee for the next order: it does not offer me any compensation for the troubles their terrible service put me through - it actually rewards them by guaranteeing them a new order!<br />Bravo for the cynical conclusion to this remarkable debacle. it could not have been more scornful, more inadequate and more unconscientious than this.</p>
