MR PRICE HOME ACCOUNT

Im under debt review. And had no problem with any accounts but Mr Price Home. In June already they started phoning me and telling me my account was not being paid - FROM JANUARY already but they only contacted me in June. I asked for a statement so I could forward it and query about it because theyre THREATHENING with legal action and extra cost. The lady took my email address but I got nothing. I waited a while but received nothing. I did a query on the Mr. Price Home website and still NO REPLY. Now my account have been handed over to the legal department and again been threatned with extra cost. But still received no statement to give to debt review company. I think I'm going to see a lawyer as well since they are a pathetic bunch of people who can't do their jobs but are very good to dish out threats.
