Mr price Home a bunch of *****!!!!

My first post : On 22/7/18 i bought a Carnaby 3 seater couch. Since there was a mark on it the sales person OFFERED R500 discount. Now I was complaining about the stuffing forming bumps and are sagging. And according to Claudine I "cannot return the product 'since I got a discount and it was sold VOETSTOOTS?? " ARE YOU FOR REAL? I am in retail myself and my products (that cost LESS HAS A YEAR GUARANTEE). I don't really care about your procedures etc etc, if you sell a ****ty products, the least you can do is come to the party!!! I spent THOUSANDS at your store over the past few years, but obviously you DONT GIVE A DAMN!!!
