Mr Price Home - 4 weeks with furniture that cannot be assembled

Bought a Boston 2 drawer book case online 5 weeks ago. On assembly found that the drawer sides had been packed incorrectly (Two left hand drawers instead of one left and one right). Tried getting that resolved online with a useless bunch of standard answers coming back. Then via email without resolution. Went to Cresta store and asked if we could swap the pack out for another they have in stock. Apparently can’t do that - we need to wait for them to manufacture new side plates. Wasting out time trying to sort out Mr Price Home problems! Looks like too many staff that can’t make a decision and keep on kicking the can down the road. Been 4 weeks now without a definite answer on getting this resolved. Can someone take responsibility and make that call to simply swap the pack out!!!!
